Our home & wellness reset program is designed to help people who feel overwhelmed at home and need help getting back on track

We start with a full deep clean, declutter and home reset

Then we help keep on top of the home with ongoing weekly cleaning

Alongside this, we offer a gentle 12 week programme focused on motivation, routine building, confidence, and gentle exercise 

If extra support is needed, we can also signpost to NHS talking therapies and other support services.
